By using EquoRank you agree to these terms. EquoRank is operated by Road Raids LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What EquoRank is

EquoRank is an informational analytics tool. It publishes a Rating for each runner, derived from publicly published form and results, alongside an honest record of how those ratings have actually performed.

What EquoRank is not

• It is not a betting service. EquoRank does not accept bets, hold funds, process payments, or link to any bookmaker or wagering operator.
• It is not betting advice or a tip service. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to place a bet.
• It is not a prediction of the future. A Rating is an ordinal ranking, not a probability. In most races the top-rated runner does not win.

No guarantee of accuracy

Racing data is sourced from publicly published information and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Fields change — horses are scratched, riders are replaced, tracks are downgraded. We make no warranty that anything shown is accurate or current, and you should always confirm details with the official source before relying on them.

Past performance

The accuracy record shown in the app is a genuine, unfiltered record including losses. It describes what has already happened. It does not predict future results, and a small sample is not evidence of an edge.

Your responsibility

Any decision you make after using EquoRank is yours alone. You use the app entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of it. You must be 18 or older.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute EquoRank's ratings or data, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Talk — content you post

EquoRank includes Talk, a public room where users post messages. You are responsible for everything you post, and you keep ownership of it while granting us the permission needed to display it in the app.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post anything that is:

• hateful, or an attack on a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability;
• harassing, threatening, bullying, or intended to intimidate another person;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene;
• another person's private information, or an impersonation of someone else;
• spam, advertising, a link, or a referral to a bookmaker or any wagering service;
• unlawful, or an infringement of anyone else's rights.

Every message can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports and remove content that breaches these terms, and we may suspend or permanently remove an account that does so — without notice and at our sole discretion.

We filter messages automatically as well, but no filter catches everything. If you see something that breaches these terms, report it in the app or email robert_raid@icloud.com.

Independence

EquoRank is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Racing NSW, Racing Australia, Tabcorp, or any Principal Racing Authority.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time. If these terms change materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
