Common questions

Why does the top-rated runner keep losing?

Because that is normal, and we would rather say so than hide it. A Rating is a ranking, not a prediction — in most races the top-rated runner does not win. The Record tab shows the real strike rate, wins and losses both.

Why is a race showing "not enough form data"?

Ratings only appear when there is real evidence behind them — recent form, weight, barrier, and a horse's own recorded history. A field with nothing to score is left unrated rather than given a made-up number.

Which meetings are covered?

Wednesday, Friday and Saturday meetings across all eight Australian racing jurisdictions. Feature metro meetings appear first.
